need to make a change? you have a 30-minute window after placing your order to modify it via the thank you page of your order confirmation, or by clicking "view your order" in your confirmation email.

if that window has passed, reach out to us and we'll do our best, but we can't guarantee changes, as our team moves quickly to get your order out to you!

to request a cancellation, please reach out to us directly. cancellation requests are handled manually by our small team in the order they're received, and incur a $5.00 fee deducted from your refund. shipping protection is non-refundable, always. please note that your order may ship before our team is able to process your request — once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
