Modify/Cancel an Order
You can modify your order BEFORE it is fulfilled on the Thank You page of your order confirmation, or by clicking 'view order' in your order confirmation email.

Writing with a request to cancel your existing order? These requests are handled manually, in the order they were received, by our small team. Order cancellations incur a $5.00 fee deducted from your refund amount. Shipping Protection is non-refundable, always. Your order may ship out before our team handles your service ticket, at which point, there is nothing we can do to cancel an order.
