Help us Design a New Bikini Top!

Help us design a new bikini top! Over on IG, we enlisted the help of our followers to help make tweaks to the prototype of the Melba top; a bra-inspired bikini top with a sweetheart neckline and thin straps. We have 3 current version of this better than seamless bikini top, and we plan on taking our favorite elements from each one to create the most flattering, most onewith your body bra-inspired bikini top.

 Option 1: this top is close to what we're hoping for. It's got the sweetheart neckline, inner grip strip (a signature onewith feature!), and a tie-back, adapted from the Mystic scoop neck bikini top. It's close, but we want thinner straps, a slightly deeper neckline for a sexier bikini top look. We'd like to swap the proper bow finish to the tie-knot finish from option 2.

Option 2: we originally considered a cap-sleeve for this beyond seamless bikini top, but we didn't love it. What we do love is the knot in the front. 

Option 3: this swimsuit top was good in theory, but definitely not as cute or flattering as we had hoped. We'll make the straps thinner and keep the tie-back. 

What we're definitely not considering: adding underwire. We feel that the beauty of our comfortable swim is that it is minimalistic in design and concept, so adding hardware would compromise that and potentially take away from the dig-free nature of our suits. There are so many ways to create bust support that don't involve using wires. Check out Westerly for example! The adjustable tie-front is perfect for support and added push-up. Plus, we don't size our better-than-seamless bikini tops by cup, like most style that do have underwire. We like to keep bikini top sizing simple, recommending that customers grab the same size swimsuit top that they'd wear for a tight camisole.
