Shipping policy

We offer FREE standard shipping on US orders over $95.

We also offer other expedited shipping options at checkout. 

Processing times (processing times = the time it takes for us to prep & pack your order. SHIPPING time is quoted at checkout):

- Standard processing: 2-5 business days

- Priority processing: 2-3 business days

- Express processing: 1-2 business days

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges, no exceptions. International orders may have slightly longer processing times for fulfillment, even for express shipments. 

International shipping is now calculated with customs/duties included at checkout. In the event there is a technicality with your shipping country, please note that onewith is not, under any circumstances, responsible for any duties and taxes incurred on international shipments. 

PRE-ORDER heads up! if your order contains a mix of pre-order & in-stock items, the order will ship when everything becomes available. if you need certain in-stock items sooner, consider placing a separate order. If all items for your particular order become available early, your order may ship before the estimated ship date; but there's also a chance it ships a bit after the estimated date, hence *estimated* 

Shipping Protection: To protect your onewith package from damage, loss, or theft, add Shipping Protection at checkout. We are unable to service delivery/shipping issues on orders that do not contain Shipping Protection.
