swim is an intimate garment, and therefore deeply personal. for that reason, we're happy to offer returns and exchanges on domestic, non-final sale items, with a few conditions.
1 free exchange on eligible US orders within 14 days of carrier-confirmed delivery
returns for store credit are free; returns for a refund incur a $12.95 fee. additional fees apply for returns of 4+ items
items purchased at a discount of 30% or more are eligible for store credit only
Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are final sale
items marked final sale and all international orders are final sale — no returns, no exchanges, no exceptions
🤢 returns must come back in original, unworn condition with tags and hygiene liner intact. (trying them on is totally fine, of course! wearing it, as you could likely imagine, is not.) please try on with undies, and make sure everything comes back clean and as you received it. remember, there's a real human team on the other end of every return. please be considerate, and note that we reserve the right to reject returns that don't meet our hygiene standards.

the free exchange applies to your entire order, not per item. so whether you're exchanging one piece or several, it counts as your 1 free exchange. please note that items marked final sale or purchased at a discount of 30% or more are not eligible for exchange.

we can not hold incoming inventory items or pre-order items for exchanges.
NOTE: if you need to return an exchanged order, it must be shipped back separately from any other returns. do not combine orders in the same package. if items from different orders are shipped together, our system will not be able to process your refund. each return requires its own label tied to its order number. ♻️ reuse your original packaging if possible!

refunds returns for a refund incur a $12.95 fee per order, deducted from your refund amount. this covers shipping and restocking. please note that original shipping charges and shipping protection are non-refundable. additional fees apply for returns of 4+ items
store credit returns for store credit are free. store credit is issued as soon as the carrier scans your return.
discount exclusions US purchases made at a discount of 30%-39% are eligible for store credit only — no refunds or exchanges available. items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are final sale.
shipping your return each order requires its own return label and must be shipped back in a separate package. do not combine items from different orders — our system will not be able to process your refund if orders are shipped together. return labels are tied to each order number, along with the specific quantities, styles, and return reasons. ♻️ please reuse your original packaging if possible.
processing time all returns are individually inspected upon receipt. please allow 7 business days for processing. once a refund is initiated, it may take several additional days to appear on your statement depending on your bank. for questions about processing time, please reach out to your bank directly.
high volume return policy (4 of more items)
returns of 4 or more items are subject to an additional processing fee:
- return for store credit: $10.95
- return for refund: $15.95 (in addition to the standard $12.95 return fee)
this fee helps us cover the additional time and resources it takes our small team to process high-volume returns.
we strongly discourage bracketing (ordering multiple sizes or styles with the intention of returning what doesn't work) and high-quantity first orders. this practice creates real inventory challenges for us as a small business, and compromises hygiene best practices. we encourage conscious consumerism! start with a small, mindful first order, and once you've found your perfect fit, stock up!
final sale items
items marked final sale are, you guessed it, final sale! no returns, no exchanges, no exceptions. the following are always final sale:
- shipping protection
- international orders
- mystery bundles
if you're a first-time onewith customer, or if not being able to return or exchange would be a dealbreaker, final sale styles may not be the best place to start. by purchasing a final sale item, you're trading the option to return or exchange for an unbeatable sale price!
