onewith 2025 Team Retreat Recap

The onewith team is fully remote, and last weekend we came together for a New England themed team retreat. We gathered on the Connecticut coast (where onewith was created!) for a mix of relaxation, connection, and a little New England magic. And of course, we wore our swimsuits that fit like underwear^®. Here’s a peek into our second annual team retreat:

Day 1: After everyone arrived, we settled into the retreat house (which was totally onewith-ified), put on our limited-edition onewith team merch. A custom onewith logo was created for the occasion! We floated on air mattresses in the pool for a relaxing sound bath, led by a local sound practitioner. We also enjoyed New Haven Pizza, and celebrated Akela's birthday.  

Day 2: We set sail on Long Island Sound aboard a private charter, and enjoyed lunch and our onewith summer mocktails from the summer mocktail series led by our onewith superwonders. Would it really be a onewith retreat if we didn't hop in the ocean, wearing our beyond seamless swimsuits that fit like undies?? Later, we gathered back at the retreat house for Human Design sessions with our favorite expert, diving into each team member’s unique blueprint. The night wrapped up with a classic New England clambake, complete with Ben & Jerry’s catering for dessert.

Day 3: We said our goodbyes and headed back to the airports, feeling grounded, inspired, and connected.
