Modify/Cancel an Order
Writing with a request to modify or cancel your existing order? These requests are handled manually, in the order they were received, by our small team. If you are looking to swap items in your order before shipment, we can process this request only if the item(s) you're looking for are available upon our handling of your support ticket. Order cancellations or removing items from your order incurs a $5.00 fee deducted from your refund amount. Order Protection is non-refundable, always. Your order may ship out before our team handles your service ticket, at which point, there is nothing we can do to cancel an order.
