Many swimwear brands don't offer free shipping on all orders, or returns/exchanges (at all). onewith offers both for domestic orders 🤗

swim is an intimate garment, and therefore highly subjective and personal. For that reason, we believe it's only right to offer returns/exchanges for domestic orders. However, your return/exchange must abide by the conditions outlined. See below!

Exchanges

🔁 To initiate an exchange, please email: info@onewithswim.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and we'll get you started! Please allow 1-3 business days for a response. 

🗓️ Like our return policy, we offer a 14-day exchange policy on our swimwear. The 14-day window begins on the date of carrier-confirmed delivery. We accept exchange merchandise that is sent back in its original, unworn condition. Soiled exchanges of ANY variety (including any deodorant stains) will not pass inspection.

🆓 A customer's first exchange is FREE so they can ensure they find their perfect onewith size. 

↔️ We can not hold incoming restock/inventory items for exchanges. We base exchange availability on the inventory that is currently on the website. The item you want may not be available for exchange, as we deal with high levels of demand and limited supply. Pre-order stock is, naturally, considered incoming inventory, and therefore you are not able to exchange your order for pre-order items.

Returns

🗓️ onewith offers a 14-day (no exceptions!) return policy on our swimwear. The 14-day return window begins on the date of carrier-confirmed delivery. ALL OTHER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

▶️ To initiate a return, please email: info@onewithswim.com with your order number and reason for return. If you are looking to exchange, see above, and denote in your email that you are looking to get another size/color/style. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response. 

🏷️ We accept return merchandise that is sent back in its original, unworn condition. Swimwear must be unworn and unaltered. All tags and hygiene liners must be attached in original condition. Soiled returns of ANY variety (including any deodorant stains) will not pass return inspection resulting in an inability to refund.

🧾 All returns incur an $8.95 fee per order for shipping deducted from your refund amount. (reminder that we offer FREE shipping to you on domestic orders, so this helps us offset a bit of the initial shipping +  return + restocking cost). 

👉 Returns processed are individually inspected. onewith reserves the discretion to refuse a refund if your return is deemed unacceptable by the conditions outlined above. Processing time for returns, upon receipt, is 7 business days.

💳 We now offer STORE CREDIT! You can opt to return your item for store credit within 14 days of carrier-confirmed delivery. Please note: we charge a reduced return shipping fee of $5.95 to send your item back for store credit. Store credit is issued in the form of a gift card. Having store credit with onewith does NOT mean that you have priority rights to restock products, nor does it mean you have reserved the product you'd like to use store credit on in the future. Incoming products and restock items are available on a first-come, first-to-checkout basis when they do become available. Store credit is issued within 7 business days of the delivery + successful inspection of a return. 

🔢 Don't combine multiple orders into 1 return: separate orders are treated as such. If you placed 2 orders within quick succession of one another (even a few days apart), and are trying to return/exchange them, our system treats them individually. Therefore, you will be charged the return shipping fee for each order individually. Don't combine return orders into one package as our system won't refund you if you ship them together. The labels are tied to each order number and the quantities/styles/return reasons for each. Please send the items back with their corresponding label in separate packages (please try to reuse the packaging they came in ♻️)

⛔ Bracketing + high-quantity first orders are STRONGLY discouraged: while we understand the desire to find your best size(s) and styles, ordering multiple variants of a piece with the intention of returning those that do not fit/suit you creates inventory issues for us as a small business, and also compromises hygiene best practices. We encourage conscious consumerism by way of small, mindful first orders of 1-2 units. While we naturally love when you stock up on your fave swim once you know your best onewith size, please do so mindfully for our other customers' sake (that is, without the intention of returning extra sizes/styles). While this may be more permissible for an enterprise-level company, we ask that you consider how bracketing + large returns affect a small business, its customers, and the environment.  Returns of 4 or more pieces/customer will be subject to a bracketing/high-volume processing fee of $15.95 in addition to the return fee.

 INTERNATIONAL SALES + ITEMS PURCHASED AT A DISCOUNT OF 50% OR MORE ARE ABSOLUTELY FINAL 

We can not, under any circumstances, process exchanges or returns for international customers at this time. For more on our international shipping, read hereWe promise, we don't have this policy in place just for fun...Shopify, our site host, does not allow international return labels to be created (for now).
