Swim is an intimate garment, and therefore highly subjective and personal. For that reason, we believe it's only right to offer returns/exchanges for domestic orders on non-final sale items. However, your return/exchange must abide by the conditions outlined.

International orders are ALWAYS final sale.

• returns for store credit are free; returns for a refund incur a $14.95 fee. additional fees apply for returns of 4+ items

• items purchased at a discount of 30% or more are eligible for store credit only

• Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are final sale

• items marked final sale and all international orders are final sale — no returns, no exchanges, no exceptions

🤢 returns must come back in original, unworn condition with tags and hygiene liner intact. (trying them on is totally fine, of course! wearing it, as you could likely imagine, is not.) please try on with undies, and make sure everything comes back clean and as you received it. remember, there's a real human team on the other end of every return. please be considerate, and note that we reserve the right to reject returns that don't meet our hygiene standards.

this is swimwear unlike anything else on the market, so with that, it has some special instructions to truly get a fit that's onewith your body ✨ 'warming up your onewith’ (aka giving the garment a stretch) is MISSION-CRITICAL to the fits-like-undies vibe. your swim actually SHOULD dig in a bit to start if it’s your proper size. then, with a stretch at the openings, it should fit and feel smooth, like a second skin (and/or your fave seamless undies) 🫧

🔁 To initiate an exchange, please email: info@onewithswim.com with your order number, reason for exchange for each item (be specific!), and we'll get you started! Ensure you are within the 14-day window of carrier-confirmed delivery.

↔️ We can not hold incoming inventory items or pre-order items for exchanges.

🧾 All returns incur an $14.95 fee per order (not per piece) for shipping deducted from your refund amount. This cost covers shipping and restocking fees. 

💳 Store credit: You can opt to return your item for store credit within 14 days of carrier-confirmed delivery. There is no fee charged to return for store credit*. Store credit is issued within 7 business days of the delivery of a return.

🔢  Returning multiple orders: don't combine return orders into one package as our system won't refund you if you ship them together. The labels are tied to each order number and the quantities/styles/return reasons for each. Please send the items back with their corresponding label in separate packages (please try to reuse the packaging they came in ♻️)

‼️ US Purchases made at a discount of 30%-39% are eligible for return for store credit ONLY. No refunds or exchanges are available due to the heavy discount. 

‼️ ALL Purchases made at a discount of 40% or more, or items marked FINAL SALE are FINAL SALE. 

High Volume Return Policy:

☝️ HIGH-VOLUME returns (4 or more items) are subject to an additional return fee of $19.95 for the time and resources it takes for our team to process a return of this size for 1 customer. Please place conscious orders, and consider this fee, your fellow customers, hygiene, and our small team when buying items you intend to return/overbuying without knowing your proper size/fit. 

⛔ Bracketing/high-quantity first orders are discouraged: while we understand the desire to find your best size(s) and styles, ordering multiple variants of a piece with the intention of returning those that do not fit creates inventory issues for us as a small business, and also compromises hygiene best practices. We encourage conscious consumerism by way of mindful first orders of 1-2 units. 

High volume (4+ items) return for REFUND: $19.95 on top of the standard return fee *High volume (4+ items) return for STORE CREDIT: $12.95 

💸 Processing time for refunds upon receipt of the return package, is 7 business days.

Final Sale Items:

• anything marked as FINAL SALE is, of course, final sale ☺️ no returns, no exchanges, no exceptions.

• Scrunchies/any non-swimwear products

➡️ If it is your first time ordering from onewith, and/or if you will be discontent with the fact that you can't return/exchange your item(s), Final Sale styles may not be your best option to purchase. You willingly forgo the option to return or exchange the item in exchange for an unbeatably, irresistibly low sale price! 🙌💸
