To initiate an exchange, please email: email@example.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and we'll get you started! We will help process your exchange directly. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response.
Like our return policy, we offer a 14-day exchange policy on our swimwear. The 14-day window begins on the date of carrier-confirmed delivery. We accept exchange merchandise that is sent back in its original, unworn condition.
A customer's first exchange is FREE so they can ensure they find their perfect onewith size.
ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL.
Items sold at a discount of 50% or more are FINAL SALE. No exchanges OR returns! This includes ALL Warehouse Sale purchases that were placed between 12/5/22 - 1/5/23.
onewith offers a 14-day (no exceptions!) return policy on our swimwear. The 14-day return window begins on the date of carrier-confirmed delivery. ALL OTHER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. We accept return merchandise that is sent back in its original, unworn condition. All returns incur a $7.00 fee shipping + processing fee.
Swimwear must be unworn and unaltered. All tags and hygiene liners must be attached in original condition.
Returns processed are individually inspected. onewith reserves the discretion to refuse a refund if your return is deemed unacceptable by the conditions outlined. Processing time for returns, upon receipt, is 7 business days.

⛔ Bracketing + high-quantity first orders are STRONGLY discouraged: while we understand the desire to find your best size(s) and styles, ordering multiple variants of a piece with the intention of returning those that do not fit creates inventory issues for us as a small business, and also compromises hygiene best practices. While we encourage you to stock up on your fave swim, please do so mindfully for other customers' sake (that is, without the intention of returning extra sizes/styles). While this may be more permissible for an enterprise-level company, we ask that you consider how bracketing + large returns affect a small business. Returns of 3 or more pieces/customer will be subject to a separate fee in addition to the return fee: 10% of the full order amount. Orders placed after 1/17/23: orders returned due to multiple sizes ordered will also be subject to the bracketing fee of 10% of the full order amount in addition to the return fee.
Expedited shipping is not refundable.
