"What happens if I buy my onewith and it doesn't fit?" We got you! 🫶

swim is an intimate garment, and therefore highly subjective and personal. For that reason, we believe it's only right to offer returns/exchanges for domestic orders on non-final sale items. However, your return/exchange must abide by the conditions outlined.

EXCHANGES: onewith offers 1 free exchange on US orders within 14-days of carrier-confirmed delivery. 

RETURNS: onewith offers returns on US orders within 14-days of carrier-confirmed delivery. Returns are subject to a restocking/shipping fee of $8.95. Additional fees may apply.

🤢 We accept return merchandise that is sent back in its original, unworn condition (trying them on is fine, of course! WEARING a garment, as you could likely imagine, is not). Soiled exchanges of ANY variety (including any deodorant stains, bodily fluids, unattached tags/hygiene liners, or hygiene liners that have been soiled) will not pass inspection. Try your swim on with underwear, for everyone's sake! onewith reserves the discretion to refuse a refund if your return is deemed unacceptable by the conditions outlined above.

Exchanges

🆓 we offer 1 FREE courtesy exchange on US orders. we do this so that customers can ensure they find their perfect onewith size!  🎉

🔁 To initiate an exchange, please email: info@onewithswim.com with your order number, reason for exchange for each item (be specific!), and we'll get you started! Ensure you are within the 14-day window of carrier-confirmed delivery.

↔️ We can not hold incoming inventory items or pre-order items for exchanges.

 🖐️ Opting to return an exchange order will result in an additional fee of $4.00 on top of our standard returns fee ($8.95). 

Returns

▶️ To initiate a return, please email: info@onewithswim.com with your order number and reason for return per item (be specific!)

🧾 All returns incur an $8.95 fee per order for shipping deducted from your refund amount. (a peek into the backend of a small business: we lose $$$ on every return, so this cost helps us just slightly offset that loss).

💳 Store credit: You can opt to return your item for store credit within 14 days of carrier-confirmed delivery. There is no fee charged to return for store credit*. Store credit is issued within 7 business days of the delivery of a return.

🔢  Returning multiple orders: don't combine return orders into one package as our system won't refund you if you ship them together. The labels are tied to each order number and the quantities/styles/return reasons for each. Please send the items back with their corresponding label in separate packages (please try to reuse the packaging they came in ♻️)

High-Volume Returns (4 or more items)

☝️ HIGH-VOLUME returns (4 or more items) are subject to an additional return fee of $15.95 for the time and resources it takes for our team to process a return of this size for 1 customer. Please place conscious orders, and consider this fee, your fellow customers, hygiene, and our small team when buying items you intend to return/overbuying without knowing your proper size/fit. 

⛔ Bracketing/high-quantity first orders are discouraged: while we understand the desire to find your best size(s) and styles, ordering multiple variants of a piece with the intention of returning those that do not fit creates inventory issues for us as a small business, and also compromises hygiene best practices. We encourage conscious consumerism by way of mindful first orders of 1-2 units. 

High volume (4+ items) return for REFUND: $15.95 on top of the standard return fee *High volume (4+ items) return for STORE CREDIT: $10.95 

💸 Processing time for refunds upon receipt of the return package, is 7 business days.
