All you have to do is add Shipping Protection to your order to get access to this awesome coverage. (and it's realllllyyyy inexpensive!) 


What Does Shipping Protection Cover?

1. Lost in Transit:
If your package is lost in transit, our shipping protection will cover the cost of the item(s) so you can receive a replacement.

A package is considered 'lost in transit' if the tracking information does not show any movement or updates in 10 business days or more.

2. Stolen Package:
In the unfortunate event that your package is stolen after delivery, our protection plan will ensure you receive a replacement.

A package is considered stolen if the tracking information shows that the package was delivered, but you have not received it. To qualify for coverage, a claim must be filed within 7 days of the stated delivery date, and you may be required to provide additional documentation, such as a police report, depending on the value of the package that is missing. 

3. Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, our shipping protection will cover the replacement of the damaged item(s).

4. Returned to Sender

A package is considered 'Returned to Sender' when it is undeliverable and sent back to onewith by the shipping carrier. This can occur due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Please note, failure to collect the package from a designated pickup location within the required time frame, or refusal by the recipient to accept the delivery, are NOT covered under Shipping Protection.

Contact Our Customer Support: reach out to Team 1W at info@onewithswim.com with your order number, relevant details, and, if applicable for damaged items, photos of the damage. You MUST file a claim within 7 days of discovering the delivery/transit/shipping issue. 

Disclaimers: 

Purchasing Shipping Protection entitles you to one (1) order remedy, per order. For example; if you place an order, and that item is returned to sender, then you file a claim with us, we send you a replacement package, and then that order is ALSO returned to sender, we would not be able to send a replacement for the replacement order. 

Coverage applies only to orders that have purchased the Shipping Protection product at checkout. If you do not purchase Shipping Protection, we will be unable to remedy any carrier issues.

Fraudulent behavior or abuse of the Shipping Protection product is monitored, and, if need be, offending customers will be barred from purchasing at onewith. 

If an item(s) that need to be re-shipped are not in-stock, customers will be offered a similar product or store credit. 

We reserve the right to require shipment of the product back to us (onewith), if applicable.

onewith reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website and will apply to future orders.

onewith reserves the right to deny claims in cases of fraudulent activity or if the terms of this Shipping Protection have not been met.

Shipping Protection is non-transferable and is applicable solely to the original purchase order. The exception to this rule is for Exchange Orders. Should an Exchange Order encounter delivery or transit issues covered by the Shipping Protection terms, a replacement can only be dispatched if Shipping Protection was acquired with the original order for which the exchange item(s) is intended.
