A Walk Down onewith Memory Lane

In honor of the 3-year anniversary of onewith swimsuits that fit like underwear®, we took a scroll through the onewith camera roll to find some pre-launch memories. They are just too good not to share, so how about we dive right in? 

Most don't know this; our founder, Hayley, built onewith pretty much in stealth mode, only announcing to the public what she was building 3-ish days before launch. Since she did not document the pre-launch much, it makes her cherish the memories and photos she does have when onewith was just her secret, before we launched our patent-pending swimsuits that fit like underwear®️ to the women everywhere. Here are some photos from this secret era of our dig-free swimsuits!

1. trying on our first prototype, that Hayley made by hand on her living room floor! This is when she affirmed that she really had something...this was the comfortable, flattering bathing suit fit she ALWAYS wanted in a swimsuit. Spring 2019.

2. what her living room floor looked like while making said prototype (she used wrapping paper as pattern paper...) Spring 2019.

3. putting pen to paper (or, slide deck) to describe what makes onewith different from ALLLL the other swim brands out there. Spring 2020.

4 + 5. conceptualizing the styles we would launch with; these descriptions were for Westerly Tie Front Bikini Top and Compo Hipster Bikini Bottom, which are still a part of our collection today. Spring 2020.

6. trying on the OFFICIAL onewith photoshoot samples for our first collection. The print featured here is Trop Pop, which has since been discontinued (although, it lives on in our hearts forever!). Summer 2020.

7. CADs of Breakers, a one piece we launched with but has since been discontinued (she was a beauty, though!) Summer 2020. If you are a one-piece girly, check out our Bellows ultra-flattering one piece with raw cut, dig-free edges! This cheeky one piece can also double as a bodysuit!

8. the first official onewith logo file - it took Hayley a year and a half from when she first conceptualized onewith to nail the perfect logo. She knew when she saw the right one, she would know it in her bones. That is exactly what happened here. This is still our logo today, of course! Summer 2020.

9. the first batch of beyond seamless swimsuits is FINALLY delivered, after so many delays. Summer 2020.

10. for a pitch competition; Hayley could not forget her opening line to show off her better than seamless swimsuits! Summer 2020.
