Our patent was granted for our swimsuits that fit like underwear^®, we landed a deal with not one but TWO Sharks on Shark Tank, and we rolled out some of our favorite better-than-seamless swim pieces to date! Then came Black Friday/Cyber Monday, bringing incredible deals and a wave of new women trading traditional swimsuits that dig in for our completely edgeless, size-inclusive swimsuits. 

In the spirit of keeping things smooth, stress free, and drama free for both you and our tiny but mighty team, here is your friendly reminder of how our seasonal promotions and return rules work.

Shopping for someone else and want to give the gift of swimsuits that don't dig in? Our flattering swimsuit experts got you covered. We're here to help you pick the right style and size for your bestie, sister, spouse, cousin, etc. Just take it from customers like Elyse R! And if you're still unsure, go with a onewith e-gift card! It is digital and it never expires; you really can't go wrong. 

Anything discounted 30% off is eligible for a return for store credit only. Once your return is scanned by the carrier and confirmed to be on its way back to us, we will automatically email your store credit. It never expires and is tied to the email used on your original order. Just be sure to use that same email at checkout, and your credit will pop right up!

Anything marked final sale is truly final, meaning it is not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes all items discounted 40% or more, anything on our sale page, and all international orders. We spell this out clearly on the product page, in your cart, and again in your confirmation email, so there are no surprises. These deep discounts are only possible because returns and exchanges are not permitted (which typically cuts heavily into margins for small businesses). 

Friendly reminder that discount codes are only active during the promotion window. Once the sale ends, the codes do too. We cannot apply discounts to orders made before or after the sale goes live, even if it's just a couple of days. Items from our newest Anniversary Capsule Collection of swim that fits like undies as well as items from the beach shop are not eligible for promos.
